Our engineer spends more effort on
mold design and analysis process. For cutomers' newly-developed projects,
designers will apply mould-flow analysis to simulate the mould
running conditions in order to avoid any error or short-coming in mould
design before molds are made.
Euro mould's highly trained mould
designers, with 15+ years' experience in this line, are capable of utilizing 2D
drawings for complete CAD models. With the helpf of softwares like Pro-E, UG, Solidworks and Auto-CAD, we can provide our
customers with thorough details in the design of their molds. All data for moulds will be transfered to customers for final
confirmation before we cutting steel. Once these data is confirmed, it will be
frozen in our data base unless there is any request for modification in written
form.
